Bossard aims to evolve to one of the major and leading aerospace fastener distribution companies with its acquisition of ANI

September 27, 2024

Zug, October 1, 2024 – With the successful acquisition of Aero Negoce International Group (ANI), Bossard Group is significantly expanding its presence in the aerospace industry.

Aero Negoce International Group (ANI), headquartered in Béziers, France, is a leading French distributor of fastening solutions and a provider of logistics services in the aerospace industry, with locations in the USA and Malaysia. The company employs 33 people and expects net sales of around EUR 25 million for the current financial year.

Strengthening the aerospace business

ANI has been a trusted partner of Bossard, through its subsidiary Bossard Aerospace, for more than 15 years. ANI’s technical know-how – combined with Bossard's global market reach, technical sales expertise, and trusted access to a wide range of products and services – creates great potential to offer even more value to all existing and new customers.

“With the acquisition of Aero Negoce International Group, we leverage our strong customer footprint and drive sales and growth opportunities in the aerospace sector. The company is focusing on similar markets and value-added propositions as our existing aerospace business. With their focus mostly on French customers, while our existing business is more in the German-speaking countries, we can consolidate our European market presence and evolve to one of the major and leading aerospace fastener distribution companies,” said Rolf Ritter, CEO of Bossard Central Europe.

Joining forces for a successful future

“The Aero Negoce International Team is excited to join forces with Bossard to further strengthen our position in the aerospace industry. Joining Bossard, on the one hand, creates new opportunities to expand the portfolio of services and products offered to customers. On the other hand, we can guarantee continuity to existing customers and distributors and it also gives us new opportunities to widen our product availability and bolster our investment capability,” stated Brice Dallard, Managing Director Business of ANI.

Laure Bonomo, Managing Director Operations of ANI, added that “every solution Bossard creates is designed to achieve increased customer productivity. The Proven Productivity concept fits perfectly with ANI’s philosophy of providing the aerospace supply chain with innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and achieve production ramp-up.”
